As Suggested By Attendees at the 2007 Rally, and implemented in 2008 and 2009, a Minimal Donation fee of $15 per unit is requested.
(No Fund Raising to Cover Cost of Decorations, Coffee, Snacks, etc.)
If there is any fund raising, it will be for a worthy charity.
